  I had called to double check if they were open and still available for delivery for a online order and the woman who picked up said they were so I had gladly ordered pasta and bread sticks for my daughter and i. We waited patiently for a hour and a half we soon come to find out that we will not be having a great night at home together for a movie and dinner. Never again will I order from here. I would rather starve than to give my hard earned money to this franchise.

  Terrible service, ordered one time, was called back and told a later time, then when i called an hour after that, they said they still hadn't started making the order (35 minutes after it was initially due to arrive, which was lunch for about 10 people), then giving them the benefit of the doubt we gave this place a second chance, and they brought our order 30 minutes late, (starting to get cold), and missing 2 items on the order, after the person repeated the order back to me over the phone at the time of ordering....

  While the food is always amazing, the problem that I constantly have is that I never know when my food will arrive. It usually takes an hour+ to get a single pizza delivered. Often times I feel the need to call back to know whether or not my pizza is going to be delivered anytime soon. And when I do call, the people never actually have a good answer as for the reasoning.
