    Are always late with rapid pickup.

    Updated: 3/27/17. Still one star as can't give zero star

    Yet another instance where they did not have the bagels ready for rapid pickup. Panera bread in Sandusky in my opinion don't understand the concept of rapid pickup. Ordered at 8:39, email said would be ready by 8:50 pm and it's not 9:05 and I am still waiting. Too bad they are the only Panera in town.
